Training and Development
AAC’s Training and Development department is responsible for all products and systems training, as well as providing in-house development programmes such as: Induction for new employees, leadership, conflict management, time management, presentation skills, and business etiquette to mention a few.

Skills Development
To accelerate the development of skills even further, Business Advancement Training (BAT) candidates are selected per country. These employees are trained in Mining and Engineering fields such as mechanical, electrical and dewatering through internship at AAC’s operations throughout Africa & Asia to gain a holistic picture of the business and so promote AAC Mining as an international organisation.
Our employees are also encouraged to attend and take part in global conferences and training on Mining.
