To accelerate the development of skills further, BAT (Business Advancement Training) is provided where candidates are selected from every country. In mining and engineering fields like dewatering, electrical, and mechanical, these employees are trained through internships at our operations throughout Asia and Africa to gain a holistic image of the business that promotes AAC Mining Executor Group as an international organization. Also, our employees are encouraged to participate in and attend global training and conferences on mining.
