Chairman and CEO
Mr. Aguirre the Chairman and CEO of AAC Mining Executors Ltd Group. He is a Mining Engineer with over 25 years of experience in mining operations (development and production). Over these years he has participated directly in the evolution and transformation of the AAC group into one of the leading mining and rock excavation service provider to the mine industry. He holds an MBA from the University of San Ignacio De Loyola and he is certified in advanced Business Administration from ESAN University, with various other business administration trainings from Sweden.
Non- Executive Director
Mr. Chiteme joined AAC Mining Executors Ltd group as Finance Manager in 2006. After serving in this capacity, he was promoted to Group Finance Director, the position he held until he was elected a Member of Parliament for Nkana, Copperbelt Province in August 2016. Mr. Chiteme is a member of the Association for Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds an MBA in finance.
Mr. Melendez joined AAC in 2006. He brought along to AAC Mining Executors Ltd Group over 19 years of experience in Administration and Logstics. He was appointed Director of Logistics in 2008 and holds an MBA from Peruvian Amazonia University. He is further certified in advanced business administration from ESAN University.
Executive Director (Asia)
Mr. Simubali – Executive Director, He joined AAC Mining Executors Group in February 2012 as a Finance Manager and he has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and business strategy prior to joining AAC he was with Vedanta – Konkola Copper Mines Plc, where he served in various positions including that of Business Development Manager with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He graduated from Oxford Brooks University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting and holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the Copperbelt University. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
